Key responsibilities will include leading team efforts, ensuring business goals are met, handling financial planning, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also play a significant role in sales and marketing strategies, and collaborate with other team members to support research and development activities.

• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
