Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder, located in Guwahati. The Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, leading sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, and analyzing data to drive the growth and success of the organization. Daily tasks include managing communication, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the overall operational effectiveness of the organization.

Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Extensive knowledge of the Northeast India region and its culture
