The platform has demonstrated early traction and revenue potential. We are now looking for a strategic partner who can help scale operations, drive execution, and contribute to critical early infrastructure requirements to ensure continuity and rapid growth.

Co-founder – Business & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership

  : Manage day-to-day workflows across content, marketing, sales, and support functions.

• Growth Execution

  : Oversee product delivery pipelines, campaign launches, webinars, and conversion tracking.

• Team Management

  : Structure and guide a growing team of interns, freelancers, and contributors.

• Strategic Ownership

  : Collaborate with the founder on company direction, brand evolution, and product strategy.

• Initial Contribution

  : Support key early-stage operations such as infrastructure setup, team tools, and digital assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in startup environments, business operations, edtech, or performance-driven teams.
• Highly structured, self-directed, and comfortable with ownership and accountability.
• Strong team management, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Financially committed to supporting early operational necessities in exchange for long-term equity and brand partnership.
• Aligned with the mission of building a scalable, student-first education venture.
