Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Edshire, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also oversee sales and marketing efforts, ensure effective communication across the team, and contribute to the overall vision and mission of Edshire.

• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Proven track record in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
