Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder at Edshire, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The Co-Founder will also oversee sales and marketing efforts, ensure effective communication across the team, and contribute to the overall vision and mission of Edshire. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities Excellent Communication skills Experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership and strategic planning abilities Proven track record in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
