• Design and oversee

  home health care protocols

  for elders, patients, post-surgery, chronic care, etc.
• Set up

  clinical SOPs

  , quality standards, and safety guidelines for all home-based services.
• Work closely with founders to build

  service packages

  (daily/weekly/monthly care, nursing, rehab, teleconsultation, etc.).
• Create and manage

  training frameworks

  for caregivers, nurses, attendants, and allied staff.
• Liaison with

  hospitals, clinics, diagnostics and doctors

  for partnerships and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with

  healthcare regulations, ethics, and patient data privacy

  .
• Contribute as a core

  co-founder

  in strategic decisions: city expansion, service design, and investor discussions.

1. Minimum 15+ years of experience

   in the

   Home Health Care / Healthcare

   industry.

2. Educational background (any one preferred):

• MBBS / MD / BAMS / BHMS / BPT / Nursing / Any medical or paramedical degree, OR
• Graduate in Health / Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration with strong domain experience.

1. Proven

   specialization or strong exposure in Home Health Care

   (home visit programs, home nursing, home ICU, home rehab, geriatric care, etc.).

2. Experience working in hospitals

   (clinical or administrative) is

   highly preferred

   – especially in departments like home care, discharge planning, geriatric care, or chronic disease management.
3. Candidates involved in

   healthcare research, public health, gerontology, or community health

   will be given

   extra priority

   .
4. Strong alignment with

   elder care, patient dignity, and family-centric care

   .
5. Comfortable working in an

   early-stage startup

   with high ownership, ambiguity, and long-term vision.
