Ace Media House is looking for a serious and passionate Co-Founder to join our growing agency and lead Business Development, Brand Pitches, and Strategic Growth. We're on a mission to disrupt the influencer & celebrity marketing space with bold ideas and high-impact campaigns and we’re looking for someone who shares the same fire.

🔍 Role: Co-Founder – Business Development & Brand Partnerships

What we’re looking for:

• * 2–5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Brand Strategy (agency or brand side).
• Strong ability to pitch to brands, close deals, and build long-term relationships.
• Passion for media, influencer marketing, and content-driven storytelling.
• A self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial energy and a hunger to scale.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility and co-create the future of Ace Media House.

🛠 What you'll do:

• Drive new business opportunities by pitching our services to brands, agencies, and startups.
• Lead strategic partnerships with influencers and celebrities.
• Build and mentor a strong BD/sales team as we grow.
• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Help shape the company's vision, offerings, and GTM strategies.
