We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder & Tech Partner to join Gaddiel IT & Automation, a tech venture by Gaddiel Industries with over 14 years of experience in healthcare infrastructure. Our mission is to develop scalable software solutions for the healthcare and enterprise sectors. The core focus of our projects includes Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions, Custom Software & Extension Development, as well as Cloud & On-Prem Deployments. We are not just looking for a developer, but a tech leader and builder who is enthusiastic about shaping the future alongside us. The ideal candidate should have a strong software development background, hands-on experience with HIMS/CRM implementations, a solid understanding of cloud architecture and local server environments, a passion for open-source and scalable systems, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a product-first approach. This role requires someone who is prepared to lead tech initiatives from inception to implementation (0 to 1) and scale them further. The location for this position is flexible/hybrid.
