Role Overview: Join ABSOLUTEARTT x ABSO as a Co-Founder with investment to shape a five-year integrated vision, build original IP, scale a global presence, and stand at the intersection of creativity and neural tech. You will be an equal partner in building a new Indian game ecosystem, bringing capital, clarity, courage, and a long-term vision, while collaborating with a team that excels in art, design, music, tech, and creativity. Key Responsibilities: - Studio & IP Building: - Shape a slate of original games such as Afterlight, Twosome, Duel, Pani Puri Panic, Lallu Auto Drift, and more. - Establish a rapid prototyping culture using Construct 3 and Unity. - Focus on art-driven, emotionally intelligent game design. - Develop mid-core and hyper-casual hits in collaboration with global publishers. - Publishing & Partnerships: - Develop and scale partnerships with companies like Kwalee, Homa, CrazyLabs, Poki, GamePix, and more. - Build ABSO Arcade portal and prepare ABSO Play, the social multiplayer platform, for a 2027 beta launch. - Business & Growth: - Drive a 5-year plan with targets including 100+ titles, 1M monthly active users, and a valuation of 4050 Cr. - Lead the transition from prototype to platform covering publishing, distribution, cross-media IP, and NeuralWorxx sound integration. - Build a team of 25+ members by Year 5. - Funding & Finance: - Contribute to shaping Seed and Series A rounds. - Co-pilot investor relations. - Aim to achieve a target ROI of 46x within five years.
