Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Supervisor, located in Hyderabad. The CNC Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of CNC machining processes, ensuring production efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising a team of CNC operators, coordinating schedules, monitoring workflow, analyzing production data, and ensuring that safety and maintenance protocols are followed. The role also involves training team members and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to manage and guide a team effectively
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess production processes, identify issues, and optimize workflow
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and other departments
Knowledge of Finance as it relates to production costs and operational budgeting
Ability to provide Training and mentorship to develop the skills of team members
Experience in CNC machining and production operations
Knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols in manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
