Job Description

Job Overview Skilled CAM Milling Programmer proficient in both 3-axis and 5-axis machines programming with strong background in CNC machining, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and Requirement. Responsibilities and Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining operations. Select appropriate tools, materials, and cutting parameters for each job. Program machines using CAM software (e.g., Power Mill) to create toolpaths for complex geometries Conduct test runs and adjusts machining parameters to ensure optimal performance and quality of finished parts. Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot machining issues as they arise. Solid understanding of machining principles and cutting tool selection. Identify immediately any Manufacturing Readiness gaps and escalate appropriate risks and resolve them. Document work processes, including machine settings, Cutting Tools and parameters. Good Knowledge in Drawing Interpretation, GD&T, Cutting Tool selection, Fixture Design, Microsoft Office. Good Knowledge in Aerospace customer specific requirements shall be an additional advantage. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications & Requirements UG or Graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Preferred minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Shop. Show more Show less
