Location: Kothrud, Pune
Experience: 2–3 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision machining and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC turning and milling machines as per job requirements
• Interpret engineering drawings and set up machines accordingly
• Load and unload workpieces, adjust tools, and monitor machining operations
• Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct routine maintenance and report any machine malfunctions
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on CNC machine operating experience
• Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC program reading
• Familiarity with measuring instruments and machining tolerances
• Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets
• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field

Preferred Industry:

Precision machining / Automotive / Engineering manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
