Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our fabrication team at our Jarod facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating laser welding CNC machines, preferably with Siemens controls, and a strong understanding of technical drawings and quality standards.

About the company

The company was founded in 1989 by Ir. Herman J Oonk and Ir. William F Jense.

They started manufacturing Pillow Plates by using resistance spot welding. They sold it as a major component of the Falling Film Chiller, and Ice Banks they built as proprietary products. They soon began selling Heat Transfer Panels to manufacturers of storage tanks for the Food and Beverage industry. Company is now one of the largest suppliers of this type of heat transfer surface in Western Europe.

Products are manufactured using the latest available laser welding technology, the most automated laser welding system. The facility consists of two Laser Welding Machines, with capacity to weld up to 2000 mm width and length up to 8000 mm, and a Laser Cutting machine capable of handling matching job length and width. Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Set up, operate, and monitor laser welding CNC machines
• Adjust machine parameters to meet job specifications and ensure optimal performance

Drawing Interpretation

• Read and interpret 2D/3D technical drawings with tolerance specifications
• Ensure accurate welding paths and dimensional compliance

Quality Assurance

• Perform in-process inspections to verify weld quality
• Follow established quality standards and procedures to meet product requirements

Maintenance & Safety

• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laser welding equipment and optical components
• Maintain 5S standards in work areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Documentation & Reporting

• Fill out daily production reports and shift handover logs
• Record machine settings and production data for traceability

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in Kaizen activities to identify and implement process improvements
• Support initiatives for efficiency optimization and waste reduction

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC machine operator (Siemens preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes
• Proactive and disciplined approach to quality and safety
• Team player with a mindset for continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
