Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components for tyre manufacturing. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand specifications. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus. Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints. Familiarity with CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
