Job Title: CNC Machine Helper

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: CNC Machine Operator / Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

The CNC Machine Helper assists in CNC machine operations and supports the installation of PET acoustic panels at client sites. The role involves both factory and fieldwork, requiring coordination with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished components from CNC machines.
• Support operators in machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance.
• Assist in the installation of PET panels at various project sites as instructed.
• Visit client sites for installation or delivery assistance when required.
• Handle and transport materials safely within the shop and to project locations.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and work area.
• Label and store materials and finished goods properly.
• Perform basic quality checks using gauges or measuring instruments.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures in factory and site environments.
• Report any machine issues or installation challenges to the supervisor promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and tools.
• Ability to assist with PET panel installation and handle related equipment.
• Willingness to travel to site locations as per project needs.
• Should know Hindi (mandatory), manageable English, and one local language.
• Physically fit and able to perform shop and field duties.
• Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 10th pass / ITI preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in CNC machining or installation work.

Work Location:

Factory and project sites (as assigned)

Working Hours:

As per company shift and project schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,182.14 - ₹18,228.99 per month
