Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles.

Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB administration and development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and database query languages (e.g., SQL).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
