Job Description

Responsible for establishing the brand and managing the sales and business development activities
Responsible for overall sales and cross-sell targets through building and development of the internal team and external channels (DST, micro - connectors micro-campaigns and centralised leads) and also maintained adherence to customer satisfaction and profitability metrics
Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set
Implement and engage in branch promotion activities to establish the brand and increase market coverage.
The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the product market
Responsible for customer management including all customer-related queries, issues, and grievances and focusing on resolving them at the earliest along with other cross-functional teams in the branch.
