Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Sales Manager located in the Ahmedabad Region. The Cluster Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, achieving revenue targets, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. Daily tasks include market research, competitor analysis, sales planning, team management, reporting sales performance, and client relationship management. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and closing deals Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning Proficient in team management and leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferably MBA
