Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Siliguri for the position of Cluster Receivable Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing receivables across designated clusters, ensuring accurate and timely collections, overseeing staff performance, and addressing default management. The position involves regular reporting, compliance assurance, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency.

• Strong expertise in Receivable Management, Collection Processes, and Default Handling
• Leadership skills to oversee cluster operations, guide teams, and enhance performance
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Data Monitoring, and Reporting
• Knowledge of Compliance Standards and Regulatory Requirements in the financial sector
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field
• Experience in microfinance or NBFCs is an advantage
