Job Description

Cluster Head Mobility

Leadership of multiple depots within a cluster (city/zone) and coordination of depot managers'

activities.

Responsible for city-wide bus operations, P&L of the City, fleet management, fleet Maintenance

and KPI performance metrics.

Overseeing scheduling, staff deployment, on-ground issue escalation, and customer grievances.
Take full ownership of the entire cluster and ensure 100% alignment to customer requirements
Delivery on KPIs related to KM run, On Time Dispatch, Bus Uptime & aesthetics, Safety,

regulatory compliance, and cost targets.

Maintaining vendor relations, handling large blue-collar teams, and day-to-day operational

troubleshooting.

Kannada proficiency is mandatory.

Experience: 2-6 years in transport/mobility/logistics, with 1-2 years domain experience

preferred.
