Job Summary:

Reporting & Billing Assistant / Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of

  MIS reports

  and

  interactive dashboards

  using Power BI and Tableau.
• Manage and maintain large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop

  automated reports

  and real-time analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Strategy etc.) to gather reporting requirements and implement customized solutions.
• Perform

  data mining, trend analysis

  , and statistical reporting to provide business insights.
• Oversee database management systems and ensure secure and optimized data storage.
• Provide user training and support for BI tools across departments.
• Establish and enforce data governance and reporting standards.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on new BI technologies and recommend enhancements where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.
• Proven experience with

  Power BI

  ,

  Tableau

  .
• Strong understanding of

  data modeling

  and

  data warehousing

  .
• Proficient in

  Excel (Advanced level)

  and other MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Python and other analytics languages is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Oversee daily billing operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Develop, implement, and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Manage a team of Reporting & Billing, ensuring proper training, productivity, and quality of output.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  and

  Tableau

  to track billing metrics and aging reports.
• Automate recurring financial and operational reports to reduce manual work and improve reporting timelines.
• Analyze billing data to identify inefficiencies, errors, or opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper data integration between billing systems and reporting platforms.
• Strong proficiency in

  Power BI

  and/or

  Tableau

  for financial reporting and dashboard creation.

Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

• Experience in integrating BI tools with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Certification in Power BI or Tableau.
