Cluster Manager

As a Cluster Manager for Retail Sales and Operations, your role involves overseeing and managing the retail sales activities and operations within a designated cluster of stores or retail outlets. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency across all retail locations within your assigned cluster. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the sales activities and operations of multiple retail stores within the cluster - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets - Train and mentor store staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising and display of products - Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement Qualifications Required: - Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience in retail sales and operations - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of retail industry trends and customer behavior Please note that the job type for this position is full-time with a day shift schedule. Performance bonuses may be applicable based on achievement of targets. The work location is in person.
