Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager - Restaurant, based in Chennai. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. The role involves managing and motivating staff, driving customer satisfaction, implementing company policies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• South Indian Restaurant experience Must
• Strong expertise in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Hiring and team management practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including best practices and standards
• Proven ability to multitask and manage operations across multiple locations
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams effectively
• Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
