Roles and Responsibilities

Manage restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen logistics.
Oversee sales performance across multiple restaurants within a cluster, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
Develop strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop promotional campaigns and events that drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
B.A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of success in area sales management or zonal sales roles.
Strong understanding of multi cuisine cooking techniques and menu planning principles.
