Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen logistics.
  • Oversee sales performance across multiple restaurants within a cluster, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop promotional campaigns and events that drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
  • B.A degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in area sales management or zonal sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of multi cuisine cooking techniques and menu planning principles.
