Cluster Manager-Micro Business Loans

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets for Micro Business Loans in the assigned cluster
• Identify potential customers and generate leads for Micro Business Loans through various channels
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the cluster
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the Micro Business Loans portfolio and take necessary actions to improve profitability
• Train and mentor branch sales teams to effectively sell Micro Business Loans and achieve targets
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Micro Business Loans portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and managing a portfolio of loans
• In-depth knowledge of Micro Business Loans products and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster as needed
