As a Cluster Manager-Micro Business Loans at IDFC First, your role will involve scaling up the business for Micro Business Loan lending in a designated area. You will deliver banking services to customers in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner, collaborating closely with the Retail team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Target and manpower planning for the region. - Recruitment and training of Branch Managers, Branch Sales Managers, BCM, and BOM. - Meeting disbursement targets on a monthly basis. - Identifying business clusters with high potential and implementing penetration strategies. - Monitoring and improving branch profitability and portfolio quality. - Achieving business targets, including fee income and cross-selling. - Mentoring and developing the team, creating career paths for team members. - Staying updated on competition, reporting new products, and market developments. - Managing X bucket collection and overall portfolio management. - Ensuring internal and external audit compliance. Qualifications required: - Graduation in any discipline. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
