Job Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including makeup artists, salons, and retail partners, to drive sales growth and brand loyalty.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking within the cosmetics and retail industry throughout the North East region.
Effectively present Kryolan's product offerings to customers, providing product knowledge and demonstrations.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing a well-organized sales pipeline.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs, sharing valuable insights with management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
Represent Kryolan at trade shows and industry events, promoting products and networking with potential clients.
Work closely with the supply chain team to monitor the supply of products to our authorized sales partners, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing sales performance, activities, key events, and market observations.
