Key Responsibilities:

• POS mgt
• New POS empanelment
• RA addition on new and existing POS
• Benchmarking target shared every month as per country benchmark
• Revival of zero selling POSs
• Broker Contract -contract rejected by home credit and the same
• Gets transferred to zest money for further processing with
• different limit & interest
• Hire Sales Officer & DSA
• Manage profitability and risk of network and maintain good relationships with dealers and shop staff
• Review customer checking mechanisms, set high standards and standardize best practices
• Review market trends, competitor tactics and take appropriate action
• Develop tactical marketing plans and effectively utilize marketing material for lead generation and customer
• conversion
• Meet the dealer/store manager and discuss performance / issues / plans
• Review targets with RAs and drive them towards consistent achievement through constructive feedback

Required Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in sales management, channel management, or field operations, preferably in BFSI or
• NBFC sector
• Strong knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) operations and network management
• Proven ability to develop and implement tactical marketing plans for lead generation and customer conversion
• Good understanding of customer verification practices, risk assessment, and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing relationships with dealers, RAs, and internal teams
• Analytical mindset to track market trends, benchmark targets, and competitor strategies
• Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and guide field sales teams
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a target-driven environment
