Cluster Manager - FMCG

Role Overview: The Cluster Manager – Grocery will lead and manage a cluster of organic and natural food retail stores, driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence while upholding the brand promise of purity, traceability, and farmer-first sourcing. The role focuses on organic staples, packaged foods, private labels, fresh, and dairy categories. Key Responsibilities Drive sales, margins, and profitability across cluster stores. Manage organic staples, fresh, dairy, and private label categories. Ensure right assortment, availability, and inventory control (FIFO/FEFO). Maintain organic certification, FSSAI, and hygiene compliance. Control wastage, expiry, shrinkage, and pilferage. Lead, coach, and monitor Store Managers and store teams. Ensure SOP, VM, and customer service excellence across stores. Coordinate with sourcing, warehouse, and category teams. Track MIS, KPIs, and store audit performance. Drive customer loyalty, repeat business, and brand trust. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of organic / natural food retail, staples, fresh, and dairy. Experience in private label management and certified product handling. Excellent operational control, inventory management, and shrinkage reduction. Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong ethical standards. Education & ExperienceGraduate / MBA preferred. 4–7 years of experience in grocery / FMCG retail, preferably in organic or health-focused brands.
