About the Role :

As a Cluster Manager for Flipkart Minutes, Quick Commerce vertical, you will be responsible for end-to-end operations across multiple dark stores within your assigned cluster. The role requires strong leadership to drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy, streamline last-mile deliveries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will manage Store Managers and ensure adherence to defined processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and safety standards.

To succeed in this role you should have the following :

  • 8+ years in a leadership role in a field related to our industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.

Qualification :

  • Proven experience in operations management, supply chain, or logistics (Quick Commerce/ E-commerce preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive performance.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and last-mile operations.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in local language (Tamil) preferred for effective stakeholder management.

  • Proactive engagement to solve customer issues before they escalate, a keen ability to gather and act on customer feedback to drive customer experience improvements, and the agility to adapt strategies in real-time to meet evolving customer needs.
