Cluster Lead - Trivandrum (MALE)

Job Summary:

The Cluster Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the Trivandrum region. The role involves coordinating closely with hospital authorities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and leading the team members to achieve operational excellence and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain strong partnerships with hospital authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage all operational activities within the Trivandrum cluster.
• Ensure effective implementation of company processes and compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date operational reports and performance summaries.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the regional team to achieve performance targets.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality client and hospital relationship management.
• Demonstrate willingness to travel across locations for operational and coordination purposes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations management (preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in report preparation and operational documentation.
• Willingness to travel as per operational requirements.
• Male candidate preferred.
• The selected candidate will report directly to the CEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
