As a Cluster Head-Third Party Products, your role involves managing various business teams to Drive the Third-Party Products business and revenue for the assigned branches in the region. You will be responsible for a minimum of 50 branches and focus on ensuring IRDA certification to all branches with a minimum of 4 certifications per branch. Your key responsibilities include: - Responsible for TPP business generation for the allotted cluster of a minimum of 50 branches - Ensure revenue generation from each branch in your cluster - Timely roll out of TPP business in all branches of your cluster - Supervise the correct implementation of retail business - Build relationships with all Branch Managers and drive business through them - Coordinate with external Insurance representatives to stay updated with recent launches - Smooth operation of TPP business in branches - Drive business through compliant processes - Ensure the implementation of Mandatory Display of documents In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have: - Educational Qualifications: Graduate, preferably Post Graduation - Experience: 10 to 15 years in sales - Functional Skills: Ability to create teams, drive sales performance, engage with customers and insurance partners, and plan and coordinate with stakeholders - Team Leading Experience is highly preferred - Ability to speak, read regional language(s) is desirable and communicate effectively in English - Good computer knowledge - Characteristics of Entrepreneurial Behavior - Behavioral Skills: Training Skills, Interpersonal skills, willingness to travel, managing customer relations, and performance-oriented Your key interactions will be with all Business Teams at Regional Level & Corporate Level, Insurance Partners, Regional Product Teams, Vendors, Audit, Vigilance, Admin & FCU team, and TPP Team.
