Cluster Head

As a Cluster Collection Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection activities in the Vijayawada region. Your primary role will be to ensure efficient and effective collection processes in line with the company's policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of collection agents and ensure timely recovery of dues - Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquencies - Monitor and analyze collection trends to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Conduct regular training sessions for collection agents to enhance their performance - Prepare and present collection reports to senior management Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience in collections, preferably in an NBFC - Strong understanding of collection processes and techniques - Good communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Please note that the work location for this role is in person.
