🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies for both divisions to meet/exceed targets
• Forecast revenue, set quotas, track performance, and pivot as needed
• Lead and mentor sales reps and specialists across both divisions
• Define objectives, coach teams, and foster a high-performance culture
• Build and nurture relationships with distributors, hospitals, and KOLs
• Oversee distribution strategy and hospital access for ICU and ventilator lines
• Analyze market trends and competitor moves to identify growth opportunities
• Shape product positioning, branding, and activation initiatives
• Own cluster budget, forecasts, and profitability; control costs
• Ensure adherence to UCPMP, medico‑marketing norms, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other teams to align strategies and execute integrated initiatives
