Job Description

Key Deliverables

Oversee the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations in the assigned cluster.
Monitor and manage partner performance to meet operational goals and metrics.
Conduct regular facility visits to audit processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with operational standards and drive continuous improvement within the cluster.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and manage the onboarding of new partners in Last Mile operations.
Regularly track and assess the performance of operational partners, ensuring optimal performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions for efficiency improvements.
Own and drive key operational metrics, ensuring targets are met through effective management and stakeholder collaboration.
