Cluster Head- Last mile Telangana (Hyderabad)

As a Cluster Head Last Mile (LM) at Meesho, you will be an integral part of the Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) team, responsible for shaping the experience of the country's next billion e-commerce users. You will work with a diverse team of over 100 professionals with expertise in operations, support, supply chain management, analytics, and problem-solving. Your role as Cluster Head LM will involve owning the onboarding and training of new partners for Last Mile operations in your cluster. You will identify and onboard new partners, track their performance, conduct audits at facilities, ensure compliance with operational processes, and drive critical operational metrics to achieve performance targets. Additionally, you will continuously work towards identifying gaps and providing recommendations for process improvements. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline and possess 3-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce logistics domain. Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile and sorting operations will be crucial, and familiarity with control tower and field operations will be an added advantage.
