We empower professionals and entrepreneurs to access and distribute loan solutions efficiently across geographies. 🔹 Role Overview: We are hiring a Cluster Head to set up, manage, and scale our credit operations across multiple locations in Delhi NCR . This is a leadership role focused on building a high-performing sales team , managing branch performance, expanding & professional partner network. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage the branch operations in your assigned territory (Delhi NCR) Recruit, train, and lead a team of Loan Officers and Relationship Managers Acquire and manage partnerships with DSAs, real estate agents, and financial consultants Drive loan sales (home loan, LAP, personal loan, etc.) through your branch and team Ensure business targets and partner satisfaction are consistently met Oversee daily branch activities, documentation, and client servicing Coordinate with internal operations and credit teams for seamless disbursals ✅ Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in loan sales (home loan, LAP, personal loan, business loan etc) Team management experience is mandatory – preferably in a bank, NBFC, or DSA firm Deep knowledge of loan products, credit evaluation, and documentation Strong network of industry contacts and potential team members Target-driven with a proven track record of building business units from scratch Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills Comfortable with field visits and partner/client interactions 🌟 What We Offer: Competitive fixed salary + aggressive incentive model Team-based performance bonuses Opportunity to lead a regional cluster independently Direct collaboration with founding team and leadership Scope to grow into Regional Head as business expands Professional freedom to build and manage your own team 📩 How to Apply: Send your CV to rana.prasad@urbanmoney.co.in Subject: Cluster Head – Delhi NCR Show more Show less
