 The role entails managing and scaling up the Business banking business network for the assigned branches by creating strategies to achieve growth targets for the branches by managing operations and resources in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It also entails developing constructive relationships with key local dealers and working closely with them to boost volume of business by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. It is accountable to ensure expansion of branch footprint, product penetration and delivery of high quality customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing and deepening. It includes building up teams, systems, process and culture relevant to the branch network scale.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Roles & Responsibilities:            
Support in achievement of business goals and targets by building a strong business network
Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teamsManage a team of branch managers to drive client acquisition, deepening of existing relationships and addressing all needs of customers by providing gamut of banking servicesEnsure pricing, business process & policies are in organizations best interestResponsible for building networks to sell multiple products, across locationsShare knowledge with other regions, clusters branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needsConduct regular business reviews with team to ensure strategies are well executedAdhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable lawsCultivate relationships with individual and corporate customersSpearhead manpower planning, recruitment and training processes for both on-roll and off-roll employees to ensure high performing talent across levelsDevelop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiativesBring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and guidanceEvaluate the feasibility of new initiatives in offering, channel & process point of view and ensure its implementation to improve overall operational efficiencyCollaborate with other branch departments and functions to provide products and service offerings to the customer                                                                                                               Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
