Cluster Credit Manager

Role Overview: As a Cluster Credit Manager at IDFC First Bharat, you will be responsible for supervising the end-to-end credit process within the Karnataka and Maharashtra cluster. You will work closely with a team of Credit Managers to ensure efficient operations and adherence to credit policies. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle (CV) credit underwriting, with a focus on products such as Commercial Vehicles and Used CV. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire credit process within the cluster, ensuring timely and accurate underwriting decisions. - Work collaboratively with a team of Credit Managers to achieve credit targets and maintain portfolio quality. - Manage and mentor the team to enhance performance and productivity. - Develop strategies to optimize early collections and minimize credit risk. - Maintain a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and language preferences to cater to customer needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in CV credit underwriting. - Experience in managing a team in a similar role. - Reside in or near the local area of Karnataka or Maharashtra. - Strong understanding of the CV loans market. - Experience in early collections will be an advantage.
