Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Collection Manager located in Agra. The Cluster Collection Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising collection activities, maintaining records of collections, developing strategies to improve collection rates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves regular interaction with customers to resolve payment issues, overseeing the performance of collection agents, and meeting collection targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and supervising collection activities
• Strong record-keeping and data management skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for improving collection rates
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance related to collections
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
