Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Collection Manager located in Ernakulam. The Cluster Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day collection activities, managing a team of collection agents, implementing collection strategies, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. The role involves analyzing delinquent accounts, coordinating with customers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
