✅ Troubleshoot AWS IoT services (IoT Core, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, SQS)
✅ Manage incidents via Jira Service Management (JSM)
✅ Perform RCA and document on Confluence
✅ Automate ops tasks using Python/Node.js
✅ Provision and manage infra using Terraform/CloudFormation
✅ Ensure security & compliance (WAF, IAM, Device Defender)
✅ Collaborate across teams to support deployments
