Cloud Trainer

About The Opportunity

• Design and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual AWS training (Foundations → Professional) including live labs, demos, and real-world scenarios.
• Create and maintain updated courseware, workshop materials, lab guides, and assessments aligned to AWS exam objectives and industry best practices.
• Deliver customized corporate training and upskilling programs—assess learner needs, adapt content, and provide actionable feedback to teams and managers.
• Lead hands-on labs and architecture walkthroughs (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, EKS) and troubleshoot participant environments during sessions.
• Measure training effectiveness using quizzes, practical evaluations, and post-training follow-ups; iterate on curriculum based on outcomes and learner feedback.
• Represent learning excellence: mentor junior trainers, contribute to instructor playbooks, and help scale training delivery across regions.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years delivering AWS training, bootcamps, or technical workshops to professionals and enterprise teams.
• Active AWS Certification(s) (Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Developer, or DevOps Engineer) and strong hands-on AWS experience.
• Proven ability to build hands-on labs and demos using CloudFormation or Terraform and common AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, EKS).
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and experience with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams) and LMS tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux, networking, and cloud operations to support live lab environments.
  

Preferred

• Experience customizing corporate training for enterprise accounts and translating business requirements into technical learning paths.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (CloudWatch), and best-practice security patterns in AWS.
• Prior experience mentoring trainers, developing assessment frameworks, or contributing to certification-prep programs.
