Cloud Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging instructor-led and virtual AWS training programs, creating and maintaining updated courseware aligned to AWS exam objectives, delivering customized corporate training programs, leading hands-on labs and architecture walkthroughs, measuring training effectiveness, and contributing to learning excellence by mentoring junior trainers. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual AWS training programs, including live labs, demos, and real-world scenarios. - Create and maintain updated courseware, workshop materials, lab guides, and assessments aligned to AWS exam objectives and industry best practices. - Deliver customized corporate training and upskilling programs, assess learner needs, adapt content, and provide actionable feedback to teams and managers. - Lead hands-on labs and architecture walkthroughs (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS, EKS) and troubleshoot participant environments during sessions. - Measure training effectiveness using quizzes, practical evaluations, and post-training follow-ups; iterate on curriculum based on outcomes and learner feedback. - Represent learning excellence by mentoring junior trainers, contributing to instructor playbooks, and helping scale training delivery across regions. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience delivering AWS training, bootcamps, or technical workshops to professionals and enterprise teams. - Active AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Developer, or DevOps Engineer, and strong hands-on AWS experience. - Proven ability to build hands-on labs and demos using CloudFormation or Terraform and common AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, RDS, EKS). - Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and experience with virtual delivery platforms (Zoom, Teams) and LMS tools. - Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux, networking, and cloud operations to support live lab environments.
