Job Title: Cloud Platform Demo Specialist Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2–5 years in technical sales, product consulting, or customer success Budget :- Upto 8LPA Open Position :- 2 Role Overview: You will be the face of Neon Cloud during product demos and discovery sessions. Your job is to showcase the platform, answer questions, capture feedback, and make sure prospective customers understand how Neon Cloud can meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct engaging and tailored demos of the Neon Cloud platform for startups, SMBs, and developers • Understand customer use cases and highlight relevant features (VMs, backups, 1-click apps, monitoring, etc.) • Capture customer feedback and relay insights to the product, support, and sales teams • Assist in preparing demo environments, walk-throughs, and quick-start guides • Coordinate with technical, billing, and infra teams to follow up on customer queries • Represent Neon Cloud at trade shows, webinars, and expos as a product expert Requirements: • Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal + written) • Experience in cloud platforms, SaaS, or IaaS products Show more Show less
