Job Description

Ensure that the GCP platform is reliable, scalable, and secure.
Stay up-to-date on the latest GCP technologies and trends.
Develop and mentor Cloud engineers and operators.
Design and implement GCP services availability and performance monitoring.
Monitor health, performance, capacity, and usage of GCP resources and ensure adherence to established SLAs.
Implement cost reduction techniques such as rightsizing, reserved instances, spot instances, and auto scaling to optimize cloud spend.
Provide day-to-day support of GCP services including incident management, vendor cases, GCP configurations, backup/restore, and network connectivity.
Provision GCP projects and services based on approved architecture designs and patterns.
Support FinOps planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
