Cloud Leader: UI/UX

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and feedback on design projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and maintain design standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the design process.
• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and user-centric design within the team.
  

Skills And Tools Required

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
