Role Overview

We’re seeking a

Cloud Kitchen Expert

who can build and scale our kitchen operations from the ground up — from menu planning to delivery optimization. You’ll play a key role in establishing operational frameworks, managing quality, and driving profitability through process and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage cloud kitchen operations end-to-end — sourcing, production, packaging, and logistics.
  • Build standardized recipes and SOPs ensuring scalability and consistency.
  • Develop vendor and partner networks for supply, tech integration, and delivery.
  • Optimize inventory, cost control, and kitchen performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing team to launch and scale healthy food SKUs.
  • Implement tech tools and dashboards for tracking production, wastage, and order efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Experience in F&B, cloud kitchen, or food tech startups (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset.
  • Hands-on with cost optimization, sourcing, and kitchen setup.
  • Passionate about food innovation, wellness, and startup culture.

Equity Structure

  • 3–4 rounds of discussions → 1-month NDA cohort → Cofounder agreement → Equity post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration (5-year vesting).
  • Compensation activates post funding; join the core 25+ equity-based team shaping Kefilo’s future.
