Job Summary

Cloud Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Design, develop, and deploy integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems using

  SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)

  .
• Develop and enhance integration interfaces, including mappings, transformations, and workflows.
  
• Utilize XSLT, JavaScript, and Groovy scripting to build and optimize integration processes.
  
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure performance, stability, and data accuracy.
  
• Provide timely technical support and resolution for integration issues and service requests.
  
• Ensure integration solutions comply with security, scalability, and best-practice guidelines.
  
• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• Minimum

  4+ years of hands-on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI / Integration Suite)

  experience.
• Experience integrating

  SuccessFactors EC

  with SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Proficiency with SOAP/REST APIs and data formats (XML, JSON).
  
• Strong skills in data transformation tools (Groovy scripting, XSLT, JavaScript).
  
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors data models:
  
• Employee Data, Personal Data, Foundation Objects, Picklists, etc.
  
• Familiarity with HR processes and data structures.
  
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• SAP Integration Suite certification is an added advantage.
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Onboarding).
  
• Experience with credential management, PGP encryption, and certificate handling.
