Job Description

As an Application Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in understanding the client's business processes and mapping them to the technologies in use. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the client business process, both current and future, and aligning it with the technologies employed - Providing insights on standard implementation possibilities and identifying areas that may require customizations or extensions - Collaborating with application developers to design enhancements and extensions - Working closely with business users to implement process changes effectively In addition to the general role overview, as an Application Consultant at a specific grade level, you are expected to: - Conceptualize business or technical solutions leveraging colleagues and partners - Possess in-depth knowledge of at least one methodology and advanced understanding of multiple business domains and SaaS or package software solutions - Stay updated on industry innovations and competitor activities to contribute to internal and external knowledge developments - Lead process improvements, conduct as-is/to-be analysis, and advise clients on package module implementations - Facilitate workshops, perform integration testing, and lead user acceptance testing - Maintain certifications on relevant methodologies and package-based solutions Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation partner, is committed to accelerating organizations" transition to a digital and sustainable world.
